Chronograph Atomic Clock - Precise clock synchronization tool
Review by on
It is very hard to get the correct time. Ask five people what the time is and you will get five, slightly different answers. It may not be a serious issue for most of the users, but for some people, like stock traders, it's crucial that they get the time as accurately as possible. Developed by Altrix Soft, Chronograph Atomic Clock is something you can rely on. It will automatically maintain a correct reading of the time on your computer.

It won't take long to download the 2 Mb package and the installation wizard will take up a few seconds of your time. During the process, you can select a classic or a Windows Vista style skin for the software and you can choose to change the style of your clock tool from the Windows task bar.

Chronograph features a very small interface with a few settings. The main area is divided into three columns. The one on the left will feature the actual time, the one on the right will show the local time (on your computer) and the middle column will display the difference between the server time and the local one.

In order to set your clock tool correctly, you need to click on the Get button from the interface. The columns will then show their time details and the middle one will display a message telling you that the difference is negligible, should this be the case. Now you can click the Adjust button and your clock will be synchronized. You can also access a general settings panel where you can adjust the automatic synchronization feature, select a primary time server, choose a skin and more. In case you are wondering how this tool can tell you the time accurately, you should know that Chronograph will connect to the atomic clock servers of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Pros:
Chronograph comes in handy when you need to set the precise time. Its interface lets you do this in a manner of seconds.

Cons:
The trial version makes you wait for five seconds when you launch it.

Chronograph will always provide you with the correct time. It will connect to world renown servers and you can synchronize with them without too much effort.
